About FHEI

Mission: To cultivate a vibrant ice hockey & inline hockey community in Indonesia by fostering sportsmanship, encouraging participation at all levels, and facilitating opportunities for skill development and competitive play.

Vision: To establish Indonesia as a recognised and respected name in the international community, providing pathways for athletes to compete on both the national and international stage.

Our core values are Sportsmanship — promoting fairness, respect, and integrity on and off the ice; Inclusivity — making ice hockey accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or background; and Excellence — striving for the highest standards in training, competitions, and sportsmanship.

FHEI’s five-year roadmap for sustainable development sets out four strategic goals:

Expand Youth Engagement — increase youth participation through school programs, training camps, and junior leagues.

Build and Upgrade Facilities — partner with investors to develop new ice rinks and upgrade existing facilities to support increased demand and improve accessibility.

Enhance Training Programs — invest in coach training and player development, ensuring all athletes receive top-quality instruction and resources.

Strengthen Competitive Presence — aim to participate in more international competitions, showcasing Indonesia’s talent on a global stage. The federation actively pursues sponsorships, government support, and partnerships with global ice hockey organisations to execute this plan.
